lilli Midtown
This 24 story luxury residential apartment tower contains 150 units, all with a larger than average foot-print than the average high-rise unit in Atlanta. lilli Midtown is sited on less than a third of an acre on the south side of Midtown Atlanta, across from the landmark Fox Theater. It is designed in urban-modernism and has an expressed three-dimensional building envelope denoting individual living units and their outdoor living spaces. The facade has fifty percent more exterior glass than the typical urban high-rise. The dark grey window glass of lilli Midtown contrasts with the white aluminum panels of the facade, further interpreting the three dimensional expression of the building. This modern vertical village will cater to urban professionals and empty nesters with high-end finishes, deluxe amenities, a roof-top pool and club house with private dining facilities.
